Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

Lost or Stolen Packages

SerBrix is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. If you experience an issue, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At SerBrix, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Returns
